 How to Order

To order a product from this website, simply go to the Products menu either from the top menu or left side menu and select items from the category list as desired. When ordering winches, there is no need to choose a drum unless you wish to have a different drum (or no drum) from the default drum for that model.

Shipping and payment options depend on where you are from and where we are to ship the order to. See below for details. 

 How to Pay for a Repair or Service

If you have received an email or an invoice for a repair or service from us and wish to pay via our secure online credit card facility then please go to the Miscellaneous list from the products menu and purchase a Pay For Service item. Please ignore the amount shown when you checkout. We will charge your credit card for the amount on the invoice or email.

Alternatively, if you have a PayPal account, you may pay the amount to rob@rmgsailwinch.com.au or call us by phone.

 International Orders

• Payments
  Payment can be by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal if you have a PayPal account. Credit cards are not charged when an order is submitted via this website. We only charge your card on the day of despatch. Orders can sometimes take a week or so to fill and we feel it is unfair to take your money before we are ready to despatch your order.
  
  We can not accept personal cheques from international customers.

• Shipping
  We offer several different options depending on the destination. Airmail (insured) is not available to all countries. Airmail (uninsured) is the cheapest option but is at your own risk. When airmail can't be insured there are other options available with full protection. We do not use private courier companies such as UPS, FedEx etc due to the very high costs.
   

 Australian Orders

• Prices and GST
  Because the majority of our business is export the prices shown on this website are GST exclusive. When an Australian address is selected as shipping address, GST is automatically added at the last stage of the Checkout process and before payment method is selected.

  We offer Express Post and Registered Insured Parcel. Express post is fastest (about 2 days) but is not insurable. If you prefer to have your order shipment insured then choose Registered Post.
   

 Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay reasonable return shipping costs where the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you need to return an item, email us for instructions.
