How to Order
To order a product from this website, simply go to the Products menu either from the top menu or left side menu and select items from the category list as desired.
Shipping and payment options depend on where you are from and where we are to ship the order to. See below for details.
How to Pay for a Repair or Service
When your repair is complete we will send an email with link to payment portal. The options are credit and debit cards and PayPal.
Alternatively, if you have a PayPal account, you may pay the amount to rob@rmgsailwinch.com.au but please do not do so until we email requesting payment. We often do not have items in stock and do not ask for payment untill we have stock.

Payments
Payment is requested only once your order is ready to be sent. At that time, an email invoice will be issued for payment where you can follow the linc to pay.
Shipping
We offer several different options depending on the destination. All costs displayed for shipping are an estimate only. This may mean that when we issue your invoice the final cost may be higher but we will endeavour to minimise this. Airmail (insured) is not available to all countries. Airmail (uninsured) is the cheapest option but is at your own risk.

Payment is requested only once your order is ready to be sent. At that time, an email invoice will be issued for payment with li. Orders are dispatched once payment has been received, ensuring you are only charged when your order is ready for despatch.
Payments are made through our secure online payment portal and can be completed using Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.
Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay reasonable return shipping costs where the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you need to return an item, email us for instructions.
